- What times do the events start?
- There is a community worship service beginning at 9am.
The Run to Victory Half Marathon and 5 Mile Run/Walk both begin at 10am.

- How far is a half marathon?
- A Half Marathon is 13.1 miles.

- Where does the race start? End?
- The Community Worship Service will be held at Randleman Middle School. The Run to Victory
Half Marathon and 5 Mile Run/Walk begin at Randleman Middle School in Randleman, North Carolina,
ending at the Victory Junction Gang Camp. Randleman Middle School is located at 800 High Point
Street.

- How long are the events open? Can I walk?
- The Run to Victory Half Marathon is open for 4 hours (an 18:19 mile) and is walker
friendly. We do not allow strollers or pets on the half marathon course due to insurance
regulations.
The 5 Mile Run/Walk is also very walker friendly. Strollers and pets are welcome in the 5 Mile
Run/Walk.

- Do the finishers get medals?
- All finishers in the half marathon will receive the coveted Penguin finisher medal.
There will be awards for the top three male and female age group winners beginning with
14&Under and going up to 80+, in 5 year age groups. There will also be awards for
the top three male and female overall and masters winners. The 5 Mile participants will receive
a special event medal as well!

- What if I just want to run a few miles with my friend, do I need to register?
- Due to insurance regulations only registered participants will be allowed on the half
marathon course. To participate with a friend click here to register.

- How will I know my finishing time?
- Each participant in the Run to Victory will be provided with a ChampionChip© timing
device. This device is worn on the participant shoe and will record the actual time that a
participant starts and finishes. Please make sure you return the ChampionChip© to the
volunteers at the finish line.

- How do I get back from the Victory Junction Gang Camp to Randleman
Middle School?
- There will be buses for participants to take from camp back to Randleman Middle School.
There is no charge for this service.

- How often do the buses run?
- The buses will begin running at 12:00pm and run every 15 minutes until 2:30pm or the last
participant has been returned to Randleman Middle School, whichever comes first.

- Can my friends and family take the bus as well?
- Yes, friends and family members will be asked to park at Randleman Middle School and be
bused to the finish line. We do ask that you allow participants first opportunity to return
to Randleman Middle School. There is no charge for friends and family members to use the bus
service provided.

- Where do I pick up my race packet?
- Packet Pickup and in person registration will take place Saturday, December 1 from 10am
– 4pm, at Randleman Middle School, 800 High Point Street.
Packet Pickup will also take place race morning at Randleman Middle School from 7am – 9am.

- How can I register for the event?
- You can go to

- What percentage of donations go to the camp?
- 100% of all proceeds and donations from the event will benefit Victory Junction Gang Camp.

- Yes! You can either make an online donation here or send
a check, payable to Victory Junction Gang Camp, to David Babner, UPS – PMB242, 6724 Perimeter

- I am running, how do I collect donations?
- Join the Victory Circle Gang! Register for The Run to Victory Active Giving program here.
A few easy steps and you can create your own web page where
potential donors can read all about your fundraising efforts and contribute to your campaign.
All donations raised will go directly to the camp. Instructions for collecting online or
check donations are listed on this site.

- What is the Victory Circle Gang?
- The Victory Circle Gang was created for participants, either individuals or teams who
commit to raise a minimum of $1000. Each member of the Victory Circle Gang reaching this goal
will be assisting in sending a child to the camp! Each member will receive a premium Victory
Circle Gang package as a thank you from Victory Junction Gang Camp and John Bingham Racing.

- Where do I park my car on race day?
- We ask that all participants and spectators park at Randleman Middle School. There will be
buses available to take everyone to Victory Junction Gang Camp and then back to Randleman Middle
School after the event. There is no parking at Victory Junction Gang Camp.

- Is there food and drink for participants?
- YES! After you finish the race you will be handed a cold bottle of water, sports drink
and more!
Fluid Stations on course: There are 8 fluid stations along the half marathon course.

Each fluid station will have water and sports drink and port-o-potties.

- Where are the Port-o-johns located?
- There will be many port-o-johns at the start area at Randleman Middle School. In addition
there will be port-o-johns at every fluid station in the half marathon and 5 miler and plenty at the
finish line at the Victory Junction Gang Camp.
