50percentThis is it. Half way there. So, depending on your perspective, we’ve already done one half – or – we still have one half to go.

January 1, 2016 seems like a long time ago. And it was. It seemed easy, then, to make a commitment to do 30 minutes f activity every day. Really. How hard could that be?

Some of you know exactly how hard. So do I. I haven’t missed a day, but I haven’t been 100% committed every day either. Some days it’s easy. Some days it seems impossible. But, if I just get started it seems to be over before I know it.

Maybe that’s the mistake some people make; they don’t just get started and see what happens. So, if you’re struggling – 0r – if you find yourself struggling at some point, don’t worry about anything except getting started. You’ll be glad to did.

Day 50: 45 minutes walking on treadmill. Lots to do today. Had to sneak it in best I could.

Day 51: 45 minutes on treadmill, 5 minutes on bike trainer. My legs were really tired today. Not sure why, but, I know it’s not smart to push.

Day 52: 45 minutes walking on treadmill. 10 minutes on trainer. Winter came back to Chicago. Seems worse now after a couple of warm days.

Day 53: 45 minutes walking on the treadmill. 15 minutes on bike trainer. Starting to feel like I’m on the downhill side of this.

Day 54: 40 minutes walking on treadmill. 15 minutes on bike trainer. Trying to shift the balance to more cycling.

Day 55: 45 minutes walking on treadmill. Snow really starting to fall. May be a day to hunker down.

Day 56: 35 minutes walking on treadmill. VERY low energy today. Would have skipped if not for Challenge.
