For me, this is the biggest struggle, in some ways because I know if I get to week 4 I’m gonna feel like I need to do it.
And maybe that’s the key. I’m afraid that I’m not going to make it, so I figure I might as well get the failure over with.
So, I’m going to have to really make the commitment this week. I’m not worried about 100 days. I’m worried about today, and tomorrow. And I will make sure I don’t fail this time.
Day 15: 40 minutes on the treadmill. 5 minutes on the elliptical. I’m beginning to really like the workout.
Day 16: 40 minutes on the treadmill. Easy day. No elliptical
Day 17: Not feeling the best, so I took it easy on the treadmill for 40 minutes. I’m NOT giving up that easy.
Day 18: 40 minutes on treadmill. 5 minutes on elliptical. For just a FEW minutes I actually felt like I was doing the elliptical correctly. Then it passed and I couldn’t get it back. Oh well.
Day 19. 40 minutes on the treadmill. I knew that this would be the hardest week. Got to get to day 21. Then go from there.
Day 20: VERY busy day. Only had time for a quick 30 minutes on the treadmill in street clothes. Still, it’s 30 minutes.
Day 21: 40 minutes on the treadmill. 5 minutes on the elliptical. For the first time I felt like I could go a little longer on the elliptical.
